Extended Warranty, Meaco Dehumidifier, 1 year - Description

Extra peace of mind on all Meaco dehumidifiers can be easily obtained on any unit purchased from 11 October 2011. You do not need to have purchased it from us.

Warranties are available for periods of 1, 2, 3 or 4 years in addition to the existing 12 month warranty already provided. This covers parts and labour.

The warranty does not include accidental damage and we do ask that you keep the filter clean - if the dehumidifier is full of dirt then this invalidates its warranty.

The two things that are most likely to cause the dehumidifier to fail - one, not cleaning the filter and two, placing the dehumidifier too close to a wall so that the air inlet is blocked and not enough air is getting through the dehumidifier. If you keep an eye on these two things Meaco will cover the rest.

If you should have a problem then please call our customer service team on Freecall 0500 418458 with details of the fault. This is not our phone number but direct to the engineers.
You will be asked to box the dehumidifier up, we will arrange for a courier to collect and then we will service your dehumidifier, bringing it up to current manufacturing specifications, test it and return it to you. The process will take around 7 days.

Note: it is unavoidable due to our website setup that carriage will be added to Warranty orders at Checkout. As the warranty will be supplied electronically we will refund this after your purchase.
