Blackfire Midnight Sun Wax - Description

Blackfire Midnight Sun Paste Wax is the final result of a five year quest by the manufacturers of Blackfire to develop a high quality carnauba wax capable of bonding properly to finishes protected with Blackfire All Finish Paint Protection.
This quest originated in 2004, when the original Blackfire All Finish Paint Protection formula was revised to include a revolutionary new crystal super-polymer developed by Wacker-Chemie in Germany. Although this addition significantly improved the aesthetic quality of the finish produced by Blackfire All Finish Paint Protection, many enthusiasts still attempted to top it with their favourite carnauba wax products, and it was only then that it became apparent that this new super-polymer was too slick for wax molecules to adhere to properly.
In 2005, the manufacturers of Blackfire set out to remedy this problem and, over the following two year period, developed and tested over twenty different new wax formulas, all combining varying amounts of Brazilian No.1 carnauba wax with the new super-polymer. By incorporating the super-polymer directly into the wax matrix, the bonding issue was eventually overcome and the resulting product, Blackfire Ivory Carnauba Paste Wax, was released in 2007.
Moving on to the present day, the manufacturers of Blackfire have since fortified the formula with additional oil and wax content that now extends durability to the three month mark from a single application. This final version of the formula produces a laser-sharp, shimmering wet look rippling with energy and vibrancy, and is fully compatible with finishes protected with Blackfire All Finish Paint Protection.
